Hey there bubelbees,
about a month ago I startet a glutenfree experiment. I get sick a lot, which really sucks, cause I hate to be in my bed all day long…when I have to! 😉 So a friend of mine, Elena from whohatesbambi, suggested to quit on gluten for a whole month. More or less that would be Valentinesday. So I said yes. Maybe it would help my stomach, maybe I feel fitter, maybe I feel healthier. My expectations so far!
So I startet. Step one was to get informed about, what contains gluten in the first place. Nothing with wheat. So no beer, no chocolate, no cereal, no bread, no vodka…it is easier to say, what you can eat.
Well step two is more fun, sol I went shopping. I bought glutenfree cereal, glutenfree crisps, rice. I have vegetables, cream cheese, yogurt, mil and a lot of glutenfree stuff at home. So I was ready to start.
So I startet with telling everybody about my experiment. This really helps, even thogh most of the laughed. But they respected my decision. We always cook at my company for lunch. So we did not cook noodles for example.
Then it startet…
Step three: Reflect
In a nutshell: I really lost weight in this week – but I suppose that happened, because I really watched what I ate. And to that I ate less fructose (I have aproven fructose intolerance – sucks I know), which my tummy liked. But I did not feel any difference though. Maybe I did it wrong…but I love bread to much!
