Homemade and fructose free cereal for breakfast

Uncategorized

9 May

Hey there bumblebees,

as some of you might know, I love to have a nice cereal bowl in he morning. In january I had to change my habit, after I started my fructose free diet. I love habits and routines, so I decided I had to find an alternative, a way to enjoy fructose free muesli. After I went to an organic supermarket and found unsweetened spelt pops, I started mixing my own fructose free cereal.

  • Rice pops
  • Quinoa pops
  • Buckwheat flakes
  • buckwheat oats
  • spelt crunchy
  • unsweetened corn flakes

I really like my own mixed cereal. It is not so sweet and. Also I mix some fresh raspberries or tiny bananas into my cereal a lot, to give it a fresh kick. But I can´t digest raspberries every morning. Concerning the freeze dried raspberries, I would crush them a bit, cause they are a bit sour. Also they need some milk to make them soft. I sometimes eat it with rice coconut milk, which makes it taste a bit like coconut…yummmmm! 😉

also added:

I mix my cereal different every week, so I don´t get bored out. But still I would like to try new things soon:

  • Amaranth pops
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Whole buckwheat
  • Millet pops

What would you suggest? What do you have for breakfast? Have a grat day!
